Softares Group Manifesto

    Here are few principles that define our whole activity.

    1. Everything is negotiable.
    This means we are open on every possibility to cooperate - both with people who want their ideas to be implemented and people who are eager to implement.

    2. There are partners and there are workers.
    Partners are most active, initiative and responsible people. Workers are people who just do what they have been asked to do. At first, everybody starts as worker, who becomes then a partner due to activity and quality of the work. Partners share both expenses and gains of whole project. Workers are just getting their salary or payments together with all applicable bonuses/penalties. We appreciate workers very much but we like partners better, of course.

    3. Directed to speed and success.
    Every our step is done with the intent to quickly and effectively achieve quality results. We are not asking dumb or unnecessary questions. We always find ways (in most cases - multiple ways) to implement things and propose these ways for survey and discussion.

    4. Effectively communicated.
    In modern distributed and mobile world there is an absolute requirement to communicate quickly, essentially and responsibly, involving all technical resources - online task tracking databases, e-mail messaging, online paging and phone. It is indispensable to use all these communications effectively to notify what is going on and to discuss on-going issues. This is why we do not tolerate such things as non-answering e-mails or being silent for a long time without prior notice.

    We have developed these principles from our wide experience and big number of successful projects. These statements were the basis of our professional activity. We welcome everybody who accepts and likes these rules and who is going with us to great achievements.
